This site is for and about survivors of all types of abuse. You are home and safe here. I am a fellow survivor of abuse. I know what it is like to feel like you are all alone in your pain. I know what it feels like to remember things you wish were only a nightmare. You feel like damaged goods, a slut, a freak, trashy, dirty and just plain old depressed. Guess what? I have something to tell you.

IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!!!

You are not alone and it was never your fault. I could bore you with facts and figures. But, the plain truth is something bad happened to you and it was never about you. On this website we focus on healing the whole person. We want to help you see that you are not alone in your pain. We are here to help you heal, with encouraging words, songs and even talking to others just like you.

What We Do

What we do here is provide contact with information, fellow survivors and an outlet to your pain.

We are not trying to replace any pschictrist, therapist or spiritual leader. We just know that sometimes the only people who can truly understand our pain is someone else who is in pain. So we have:
